Save estimate options for different approaches or scopes. Compare saved options and open one to continue editing; the current work is saved first.
An option is an editable working alternative. Select the version you intend to use when preparing a proposal.

Use separate controls for markup or margin, escalation, contingency, optional bond, and gross receipts tax. Preview distribution and rounding in Bid Leveling while keeping the direct-cost buildup intact. Prepare the proposal from your chosen saved estimate option.

Iron Civil currently focuses on estimating, from building the work to preparing the proposal. Graphical plan measurement, field and project management, and accounting are planned for the future. These capabilities are not available today, and release timing has not been announced.
