Choose a shared scope, then compare vendors against the same activities, quantities, and units. See unit prices, extended amounts, and quote totals together before deciding what to carry.
Tree removal: 6 EA at $250 or $500 per EA. Asphalt removal: 500 SY at $3 or $2.50 per SY. The extensions roll into each vendor’s total.

Set markup or margin, escalation, contingency, optional bond, and gross receipts tax. Use Bid Leveling to adjust the selling price, protect selected items, and preview distribution and rounding.

Save and compare Estimate Options, then return to an option to continue editing. Your current work is saved before you open another option.
Choose what goes into the proposal.
Prepare a proposal from your chosen saved option and preset. Your team reviews the document and submits the bid.
